Livestock

Raising and fattening

At our farms we produce and closely monitor the entire livestock process, from genetic selection, mother farms, raising, and fattening. This fully-traceable process guarantees the highest levels of uniformity. Our herd is developed in accordance with the standards and certification of the regulatory board of the Certification of Origin Hams and Shoulders of Teruel.

Our meat-processing plant carries out the slaughter and cutting, processes the meat for several different lines of business, packaging and pre-slicing, consumer portioning, and selective cutting for the preparation of hams, shoulders, and other products.

Drying facilities

Our drying installations are located in areas that provide unique conditions (elevation 1200 m) ensuring optimum oxygen levels for the drying of our products. Quality Control and processes guarantee the final product. Our plants carry out the drying, de-boning/slicing, and expediting.

Livestock

ANGUS RACE of animals that due to their fantastic genetics provide a fat infiltration and a superior tenderness. It is considered one of the best meat breeds and is known as the "Iberian bovine."

Cereals of Teruel

We apply the traditional method of breeding, based on a diet that comes from the cultivation of our own fields: silage of corn, sunflower, vetch and oatmeal from Maestrazgo de Teruel.
